I don’t know what products will be announced today, but I’m 50% sure that in about 4 years, I might be able to afford some of them. Used. On ebay.

I know I shouldn’t have been, but I was pretty disappointed to see how closed the iPhone format is going to be.
Think of how awesome something similar, but open source would be.

I’m still thinking how awesome the iPhone could be if Steve opens it up to 3rd party apps, you know, like other mobiles phones do? My Nokia manages to run all sorts of crazy apps without preventing me from making calls or destroying the Cingular network.
