		<description>You know, everything in FriendFeed is hideable. The very first thing I did was to hide friend of friends updates. I&#039;ve also hidden Netflix and Last.fm and some of the other things I don&#039;t care about. It&#039;s highly flexible and granular, which is a lot of what I like about it.</description>

		<description>I agree 100% with your observations.  Friendfeed has never &#039;stuck&#039; for me, even in twhirl, it is just too much and too hard.  The posting services like ping.fm already have it done, it&#039;s the viewing side that is needed.  But I could see something like tweetdeck or twhirl allowing me to simultaneously have both my twitter and identi.ca accounts open and filter out the duplicates.</description>
