If you have a Mac server it's gonna crash at some point. Well, unless it's running Mac OS X. I'm talking your plain old Mac that's a few years old which you've got under the desk doing some dedicated task... Anyway, this will cause it to reboot upon freezing or crashing. (or so I'm told!) There's software that will do it for you, but if you have Macsbug installed, you don't need anything additional.

With ResEdit, just add a 'mxbm' resource to your Debugger Prefs file in your System Folder as follows (the 'mxbm' template is inside Macsbug, so you may need to open Macsbug itself, too):

Note:
If you want to send a meaningful note to the people responsible for the crash, you may write it this way:

mc EveryTime 'stdlog;rs;rb';g
