We got to watch Star Wars: Attack of the Clones on the Big TV yesterday. Very cool. I know some people didn’t like this episode, but I surely did. I mean, it’s Star Wars dammit! I couldn’t stop from laughing when Yoda engaged in a light sabre battle though, amusing for sure.

Tux vs. Bill G.
I had heard a few comments about how Bill Gates’ contribution to India wasn’t entirely based on his humanitarian generosity… That makes this really interesting:
Tux Fights Bux for the Soul of India. Someone at work recently said that they believe Bill Gates is the devil himself. I won’t comment on that on myself.
A Valid Point
A most excellent look at validation from the Daring Fireball. Personally I end up writing only XHTML nowadays if I can help it, which is XML, and should be valid XML, so I mainly just check for my documents being well formed XML, and use my own common sense to come as close to possible at making them valid, and then test them with the W3C validator. It works well enough for me. (Of course I don’t use BBEdit anymore…)
MozSpel
From the Mozilla Spell-checker FAQ:
Does Mozilla have a spell-checker?
Yes. It’s located between the keyboard and the chair.
Spell Check in jEdit
I finally got around to getting the Spell Check plugin working in jEdit on Mac OS X. Which wasn’t too bad really, mainly involving installing aspell with Fink, and loading an English dictionary. Now if only the plugin allowed you to add words… I need to learn more about aspell.
