Maybe a better idea is a Bluetooth camera and a Bluetooth phone. That way the camera can be a real camera with a real lens, and the phone a real phone without a big lens, plus since in reality you are stuck with your cell carrier’s offerings phone-wise, that’s the only way you’d get any choice in cameras, but the carriers would probably disable any interoperability anyway. Verizon doesn’t like Bluetooth in the first place.
