Performancing for Firefox

Hi… I saw you Christmas Parade Video… very cool… Can you tell me how I can make my video play in Quick Time as opposed to WMP or RealPlayer… Quicktime seems to load very fast… which would be great for some people I know who have slow connection speeds…. Thanks for any help you can give me..
