Occasionally I need to convert a PDF file to a bunch of PNG files. If you’ve just got one page this is pretty easy to do using on macOS. Just open the PDF, export it, choose PNG, choose the desired resolution, and you’re all set. But a multi-page PDF is a bit different, so I’ve got a tool to do it for me.

I’m not going to take much credit for this, as I found the explanation how to do it in some long forgotten forum post and ran with it. It’s basically a macOS Automator Workflow that does all the work. I just packaged it up and tossed it on GitHub as PDF to PNGs
